Seen at last month’s InfoComm, VBrick Systems’ new VBCast family of multimedia streaming products spans diverse applications, from streaming presentations to remote broadcast. The VBDesktop package includes VBrick’s WM appliance, a videocamera with integrated mic and tripod, and VBPresenter software to initiate all presentation capabilities using Microsoft PowerPoint.
The VBExpress is a portable version of the VBDesktop. Self-contained in a portable hard case, it includes a network switch for IP network connectivity. Finally, the VBXStream includes the VBrick WM appliance, a network switch, an 802.11 wireless network antenna, a video-confidence monitor, and a four-hour rechargeable battery, all fitting into a carrying case for on-the-go broadcast. Connect and send high-quality video via wireless or wired LAN, cellular networks, or BGAN satellite uplinks.
