Chief's compact PL-1 projector lock offers added security and a low-profile design. |
Chief Manufacturing has introduced the PL-1 projector lock for advanced projector security. The compact PL-1 provides added defense from theft with a low-profile, aesthetic design for discreet security without enclosing the entire projector.
The PL-1 ships fully assembled, with a convenient design allowing installation with new or pre-existing RPA mounts. Integrated cable management allows standard cable routing through a 1.5in. NPT extension column.
The compact design of the PL-1 offers a clean, low-profile appearance with sliding access doors for easy projector maintenance. Slots in the top of the projector lock allow for proper projector ventilation.
The PL-1 is designed with heavy-gauge steel for ultimate strength. Each projector lock undergoes a series of tests to ensure a safe and secure installation.
Chief’s knowledgeable and experienced customer service team is on hand to help with any technical questions or other installation needs. Most products ship within 24 hours.
More projector protection
For protecting projectors from theft and recreational damage, Chief also offers the PG-1A and PG-2A projector guards. The projector guards are a top-security, full-enclosure solution for protecting valuable projectors. The clamshell design allows installation with new projectors or pre-existing projector installations without disturbing the projector settings.
All of Chief’s RPA Series projectors ship with the exclusive All-Points security system, the first integrated security system that locks the projector and mount at all key connection points, including projector-to-bracket, bracket-to-mount, and mount-to-column. All-Points overcomes the weaknesses of many security accessories on the market by using tamper-proof parts and a steel-into-steel design. All-Points is included with the RPA at no additional cost, is optional to use, and preserves the distinct features that make the RPA the projector mount of choice.
