A fast growing family of international TV and radio networks seeks an outstanding individual with a minimum of ten years experience in Broadcast Production and Master Control in a multi-channel live TV 24x7 network environment. Experience with international remotes highly desirable. Experience in a digital facility and/or Arabic speaking is a plus. Candidates must have five to seven years experience supervising an Engineering staff, managing capital and operating budgets, operational management, and project management including build-out. This position oversees outside vendors and the performance of third-party engineering vendors.
Position provides engineering and IT support and oversees all engineering aspects of a digital facility including Master Control, Transmission, Production, Audio, and Post-Production. Ability to diagnose and rectify complex digital video, audio, graphics, and LAN systems problems quickly is critical. Ideal candidate will be highly reliable, have excellent communications skills, confident demeanor and excellent rapport when interacting with all levels of staff.
