Successful candidates will be involved in the ongoing support and installation of our ground breaking server based production system at ESPN's facility.

Responsibilities will include diagnosing system issues, installation and configuration of equipment and software and providing ongoing support for the system during live programming. (Some shift work will be required.)
New York, NY

Responsibilities of this position include diagnosing product problems, installation and configuration of equipment and answering customer engineering questions over the phone as well as on site.
The above positions requires the ability to develop an excellent rapport with customers whilst maintaining a high level of technical competence relative to both Quantel products and industry standards. Experience in IT and IT infrastructure a must, experience in post production and broadcast environment a definite advantage.
