MillimeterCTI’s Optim Systems Named Reseller for Sony IPELA Products

Optim Systems, the multimedia conferencing solutions division of Cornet Technology, has been named as an authorized reseller of Sony Electronics’ full line of IPELA IP-based videoconferencing products, which range from desktop systems to high-end installed room systems. The IPELA products will be offered as part of Optim Systems’ comprehensive multimedia conferencing solutions.
“IP-based video conferencing is continually gaining acceptance as a cost-effective method for daily business communications,” said Shige Morikawa, senior vice president of Sony Electronics’ Business Solutions Division. “Our relationship with Cornet Technology’s Optim Systems allows us to reach an even broader audience of potential customers for our products, especially those in the commercial and government market segments.”
CTI’s Optim Systems division designs and implements multimedia conferencing solutions comprised of products from select manufacturers. These customized solutions enable online, realtime, interactive, multipoint communications that decrease the need for travel and improve productivity through the increased use of multimedia conferencing.
