FOR-A Corporation of America, a leading manufacturer of video and audio systems for the broadcast and professional video industries, will showcase several new multi-format products designed for the government broadcasting, analysis, and surveillance/CCTV markets at the Government Video & Technology Expo 2006. The event will be held December 6-7 at the Washington, D.C., Convention Center, where FOR-A will exhibit in Booth #822.

FOR-A will demonstrate its HANABI HVS-500HS high-definition/standard-definition switcher; the VPS-700 GINGA one mix/effect digital switcher; the HANABI HVS-1000HS one mix/effect HD/SD switcher; the FA-9000 and FA-128 frame synchronizers; the MV-16S and MV-400 multi-viewers; and the IVS-100 video stabilizer.

“The GV Expo is one of the top shows of the year for FOR-A,” said Susumu Hotta, general manager, FOR-A Corporation of America. “We’re constantly responding to the video needs of this market, especially during this period of heightened international security. Because they’ve initially been designed for the rigors of a 24/7 live broadcast environment, our product line provides top-of-the-line performance to high-level security organizations and government broadcast agencies.”
