Hitachi America Introduces Networkable CP-S245 AND CP-X255 LCD Projectors

Combining networking capabilities with Hitachi America’s versatility and reliability, the CP-S245 and CP-X255 LCD projectors from Hitachi provide a wealth of options for end-users.
At 6.4lbs., the CP-S245 LCD projector features an RJ-45 ethernet port, allowing for network control, maintenance and scheduling. Additionally, the CP-S245 has a brightness of 2,000 ANSI lumens with a 400:1 contrast ratio, meeting the performance standards of numerous presentation environments, including classrooms and boardrooms. The CP-S245 is an SVGA projector, boasting a resolution of 800x600.
The Hitachi CP-X255 LCD projector also features the same networking control, maintenance and scheduling capabilities as the CP-S245, but with XGA (1024x768) resolution. The CP-X255 is also similar in appearance to the CP-S245, with a weight of 6.4lbs. and dimensions of 12.0”x3.4”x 9.8”. The CP-X255 features a contrast ratio of 400:1 and a variety of connectivity options.
“As networkability becomes an increasingly crucial feature in the presentation market, the CP-S245 and CP-X255 LCD projectors give users a range of options in terms of versatility, connectivity and portability,” said Pete Denes, director of sales, Hitachi America, Digital Media Division.
Both LCD projectors are equipped with vertical keystone correction, reverse image function for ceiling mount, progressive scan, and Hitachi’s My Screen feature.
